Hail to Thee O Might FMC Tower

O looming Tower of mad mirrored surfaces, your beauty adorns the properties you
manage so resourcefully
Who can know the extent of the rents you collect?
Or the taxes paid on the $1.4B in revenue you report?
Who can discern the varied splendors of your income stream?
We who gaze upwards at your gleaming monolithic glory

that over the skyscape doth prevail
can only speculate on the spreadsheets you entail
and the taxes that perhaps you pay
to force the city’s homeless to scurry on their way
The clouds do part before your commercial magnificence and we hope
that upon our citizens you spread a portion of your munificence
